We would like to announce that our Video Teleconferencing
Center is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
Videoconferencing is, by far, the best way to make high quality witnesses
available to your clients from anywhere in the world. Many law firms,
in an effort to reduce the amount of travel expenses involved in using
expert witnesses, employ videoconferencing services to do trial preparation
work.
Allow us to eliminate all distances in your trial preparation with
expert witnesses. As with depositions, videotapes can be made for
submission and/or review. There is virtually nothing that you can
discuss in person that can't be communicated face-to-face in a private
videoconference, such as, depositions, consultations, witness/trial
preparation, settlement conferences, judicial conferences, co-counsel,
client meetings and interviews.

Our VTC Center is equipped with the following:

W2300 Wide-Screen Video Monitor
- Tabletop T-1 Internet Connectivity
- Elmo EV-400 AF Video Presenter
- Dell DLP 2200 Multi Media Projector
- JVC HR-J410U VHS player/recorder
- Seating for 10 - 15
Also onsite are copying facilities for both color
and black and white, scanning, faxing and CD/DVD replication.
